RMA Request

RMA Procedure (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  1. After receiving the products from us, please store the shipment properly. This is necessary in case of returning defective products in the future.
  2. Please submit the request form or email our customer service to obtain an RMA number. We would appreciate it if you could provide your name, email address, phone number, and invoice. We will send you the RMA number via email.
  3. Repack the original packaging with everything you received. The absence of any original components may result in refusal of exchange or refund on our part.
  4. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and send it back to us. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from customers failing to mark the RMA number as requested. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost. You may insure the shipment to limit potential losses.
