12-Month Warranty

1. Service Terms

All products can be returned and repaired free of charge if no human-caused damage occurs within one year from the date of purchase.

Submit effective proof of the product issue (photo or video) to our customer service email address, and return the battery according to the instructions for free repair service.

Note:
The battery is an expendable product. Depending on usage and mode of operation, it is normal for the maximum capacity of all batteries to gradually decrease over time. Therefore, changes in battery capacity are not covered by the warranty.

2. Warranty Procedure

1) Contact Customer Service: Click “Contact Us” for further assistance.

2) Customer Service Review: Once our after-sales service approves your request, we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to your email address. Please note/print/save the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.

Tips:
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Our after-sales department will not accept returns without an RMA number.

3) Return Product: The RMA number will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue, during which time we must receive the returned product(s). Provide us with the appropriate courier (preferred mail) shipping and tracking information so we can track your return shipment.

4) After Repair: After receiving the returned shipment, our technical department will inspect the returned goods. We will reschedule the delivery of the battery within 2-7 business days after receiving the goods.

Note: aolstecell.net reserves the right to refuse repairs if the item is not under warranty.

3. Warranty Details

The following conditions are not covered by the battery warranty:

① Batteries ordered from other sellers.
② Products that are not under warranty.
③ Damage caused by improper handling or inadequate protection by the customer.
④ Damage resulting from fire, flood, war, violence, or similar events.
⑤ Removal of the warranty sticker or attempts to tamper with the internal battery assembly.
⑥ Modifying or servicing by a specialist outside of aolstecell.net.
⑦ Battery capacity decreased due to prolonged use.
